Terms of use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

TidyVia is a product of Leading Dots USA, Inc.

In plain words

You can use TidyVia to check lists you have the right to use. Pay monthly, cancel any time, and don't use the service to spam or to harm other people's mail servers. The details are below.

This summary is for convenience. The full terms below are what apply.

The service

TidyVia checks whether email addresses are likely to be deliverable. Results are best-effort: some mail servers do not give clear answers, and we label those as risky or unknown instead of guessing. We do not guarantee that any address will or will not bounce.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password and any API keys safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.

Acceptable use

You may submit only lists you have a lawful right to process, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your email and marketing. You must not:

We may slow down, limit or suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or its reputation at risk.

Plans, allowances and credits

Each plan includes a daily allowance of checks that resets every day (UTC) and does not carry over. Top-up credits are used after your daily allowance and do not expire. Unknown results and duplicate addresses within a file are not counted against your allowance. Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page; we will apply any change to your next renewal.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

Your data

You keep all rights to your lists. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy page.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you have paid for.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
